Seeking  info on SCHudsons who may have migrated bef. 1860.  Family of Henry Hudson and wif called Peggy , may have been Margaret.  had a  Daug Amanda E Hudson.  I would like to find out who  this family was.  Henry b. abt 1830 by est of age of daug.  pos sooner. Same est on wf or later.  Daug Amanda b. 1851 in SC.  Can't find on any census.  Family said were Indians.  Amanda md at abt age 15 , to a man from SC-James F. Chesser and wound up at some time in TN having ch by him.  4 b. there, then moved on to Pope Co Arkansas.  Couple md abt 1865.  Lived out life in AR.  had 12 ch together.  husb had 12 bef. md to Amanda, most  ch. and 1s wf. killed in Civil War.

I would like ot find out if this man was ever on a Choctaw census,  with wf Margaret  "Peggy" Ann.  If so who was his family. Where did they go from SC. ???

Note : heny hudsn and peggy Ann are the parents of my grgr gran mother. I  descend from the daug. Amanda E  Hudson (Chesser) she d. 1924 Pope Co, AR.
